HOMERUN is responsible for processing personal data collected from its clients, partners in the display network, suppliers, and service providers.
HOMERUN guarantees the respect of personal data and strictly complies with Regulation (EU) 2016-679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95-46-EC.
Data is collected based on consent (opt-in) and for contractual purposes between the parties. Consent can be withdrawn at any time upon simple request except in cases where HOMERUN needs the data concerned for the proper performance of the contract or to fulfill its legal obligations.
In accordance with current regulations, as a natural person, the data subject has the right to access their personal data, to correct them, to request their deletion, the right to limit their processing, and to object to their processing for direct marketing purposes.
The data subject also has the right to data portability, meaning that they should be provided in a commonly used structured format. The exercise of these rights is free of charge.
